Sheila O'Sullivan

Sheila O'Sullivan is a seasoned HR and IR professional currently serving as the Senior Organisation Learning Manager at Ibec. With extensive experience in managing the provision of high-quality services within Ibec's ER Division, Sheila has played a crucial role in the Ibec ER Graduate Programme. Prior to this, Sheila held advisory roles at Business Europe and the Irish Business Bureau in Brussels, representing the interests of European employers in various sectors. Sheila earned a Master of Arts in European Political and Administrative Affairs from the College of Europe and a BA in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
