Stephen Driver

Stephen Driver is a senior strategic leader with extensive experience in driving large-scale digital transformations and organizational change. Currently, they serve as the Head of Artificial Intelligence Enablement at Ibec, where they also lead a team of 45 experts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Previously, Driver held the position of Human Resources Director at Premier Lotteries Ireland and was the HR & Operations Director for the Football Association of Ireland. They are also a Board Member for the Workplace Relations Commission. Stephen is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master's in HR Strategies from Dublin City University and an Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College.
