Tim O'Connell is the Head of IR/HR - Manufacturing at the Irish Business & Employers Confederation, a position held since 1999. Between 1979 and 1997, O'Connell served as a Captain in the 2 Cavalry Squadron of the Irish Defence Forces. O'Connell earned an LL.M in Law of Employment Relations from the University of Leicester from 2006 to 2008 and holds a Master's in Business Studies from UCD, completed in 1996.
