Manuel Naves

Manuel Naves has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Manuel is currently the Head of Legal Smart Solutions at Iberdrola, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Lawyer at Iberdrola from January 2020 to February 2023.

Before joining Iberdrola, Manuel worked as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Pérez-Llorca from November 2018 to January 2020. Manuel also served as a Legal Counsel at CIDE - Asociación de Distribuidores de Energía Eléctrica from February 2017 to November 2018.

Manuel gained experience as an Associate Lawyer at EJASO ETL GLOBAL from December 2015 to February 2017. Before that, they worked as a Junior Lawyer at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo from November 2014 to December 2015, and as a Junior Lawyer at Vaciero from March 2014 to November 2014.

Their career in the legal field started with an internship at PEREZ DE LA CRUZ - TRILLO GARRIGUES ABOGADOS as a Legal Intern from December 2013 to February 2014.

Manuel Naves obtained a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2012. Manuel also earned a Máster en Derecho de la Energía from Universidad Villanueva in 2015. In addition, Manuel obtained a Diplomatura in Empresariales from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2012 and a Máster in Asesoría Fiscal from Colegio de Economistas de Asturias in 2014. Manuel also holds an International Legal English Certificate (ILEC) from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2014.
