Richard Ito

Richard Ito has a strong background in risk management and renewable energy. Richard worked at IBERDROLA RENEWABLES, Inc. (formerly known as PPM Energy, Inc.) from April 2001 onwards, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Senior Manager from 1997 to 2001. Their career began at the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, where they served as the Director of Wholesale Trading from June 1990 to June 1997.

Richard Ito completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach from 1980 to 1985. Richard later pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. In 1994, Richard attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management for a brief period and obtained an MBA degree specialized in Finance and Marketing.
