Ryan Waguespack, CPA is currently the President at Iberia Advisory, where Ryan leads the team in providing impactful consulting and advisory services. Prior to their current role, Ryan held positions such as Vice President of Consulting at IronArch Technology, Associate at Herren Associates, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Ryan began their career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy after graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and earning their MBA in Finance from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
