Madrid & Beyond launches Iberia & Beyond to design seamless group travel experiences across Spain, Portugal, and their islands, bringing together people, places, and purpose through thoughtfully curated journeys. As the dedicated group-travel division of Madrid & Beyond, we deliver the same commitment to excellence and privileged access, now tailored to leisure groups, corporate travel, incentives, and special-interest programs.

Each journey is fully customized, shaped by insight, imagination, and meticulous planning. We balance flawless logistics with a creative approach, ensuring every program feels distinctive, purposeful, and deeply engaging, from exceptional accommodation and expert coordination to immersive cultural encounters.

Grounded in authenticity, first-class service, and deep local knowledge, our programs reflect long-standing relationships across Iberia. We open doors that remain closed to others, crafting original moments and unexpected perspectives that reveal the true spirit of Spain and Portugal.

At the heart of everything we do is our guiding philosophy: It’s All About the People.
While thoughtful design sets the stage, it is the human connection, between travelers, hosts, guides, and local communities, that transforms a well-crafted itinerary into a meaningful shared journey.

Our extensive network allows us to match each group with the personalities, places, and experiences that resonate with their shared purpose. Whether the journey is designed to celebrate, inspire collaboration, encourage discovery, or foster connection, every program is shaped around the group’s identity, goals, and dynamic.

At Iberia & Beyond, no two group journeys are ever the same. We craft seamless, end-to-end itineraries that combine iconic highlights with contextual, behind-the-scenes access and authentic cultural immersion, creating shared memories that endure long after the journey ends.
