Borja Pons

Borja Pons is currently the Loyalty Transformation Lead at Iberia, having previously served as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Madrid since 2021. They started their professional journey in strategy consulting in 2019 after working as a Strategy Analyst at Monitor Deloitte, where they advised companies in the Telecom and Consumer Goods industries. Borja holds a BSc in Aerospace Engineering and an MSc in Air Transport Systems from the Technical University of Madrid, both earned with High Distinction. They also received a full-ride excellence scholarship to pursue an MSc in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University, where they were awarded the Course Director's Prize for the best thesis.
