Ibero American College’s mission is simple; to offer programs that will lead to gainful employment in an entry-level position, delivered in an environment that is professional, diverse, respectful, and caring. Our only measure of success is the success of our students in obtaining an education that leads to a rewarding career and a satisfying personal life.

Respectful communication and dialogue is central to creating a learning environment that meets the specific needs of each individual student. It is our intention to thoughtfully address each student as an individual, and to make certain our programs are provided in the most appropriate environment for learning. Integrity is a critical quality that must be present in the classroom and in practice. All students are expected to conform to the standards of the Honor Code (found in the Enrollment Agreement), and demand compliance from other students.

Vision Statement of Core Values:
Ibero American College is committed to social, environmental and fiscal responsibility that requires us to consider all decisions and choices in light of the impact on People, the Planet and “Moral” Profits. Our intention is to create a collaborative environment that empowers students, faculty and members of the community to imagine a health care delivery system that heals the patient, the provider, and the planet.
