Colm Whelan

Colm Whelan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Colm most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Claymore Group since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Intrapay from January 2018 to May 2019. Colm also held the position of Global Process Manager, Partner Disbursements (Contract) at Google from July 2017 to December 2017.

Before joining Google, Colm worked at Ralph Lauren as the Director of Finance Operations (RL Dublin) from February 2016 to June 2017. During this time, they also served as a European Advisory Board Member at MRC / Merchant Risk Council from April 2016 to May 2017.

Colm's earlier work experience includes roles as the Head of Online Operations at Ding.com from November 2011 to February 2016, Senior Payments Specialist at PokerStars from January 2011 to November 2011, and Senior Corporate Account Manager at Realex Payments from April 2008 to January 2011.

Additionally, Colm has experience in technical support, having worked at IBM as a Technical Support staff from October 2007 to April 2008.

Colm Whelan completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bsc in Information Technology and Management from the Waterford Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2005, with a focus on Information Technology & Programming.
