Jonathan Short possesses a diverse professional background with experience in customer service training, technical support, and administrative assistance. Jonathan began a career in IT support as a Field Technician at IT Period from 2007 to 2008, followed by freelance technical support for Independent Tech Support from 2008 to 2013. In addition, Jonathan held an Assistant position at Grant Tani Barash & Altman for a short period in early 2007. Currently, Jonathan serves as a New Hire and Customer Service Instructor/Trainer at ibex since November 2016. Academically, Jonathan studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music and Developmental Psychology from Santa Monica College.
