Lelany Barea

Lelany Barea began their work experience at Ibiley in 2009 as a Trainer for all incoming staff. Lelany then moved on to become the Operations Manager in 2011, and later transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager in 2013. Throughout their tenure at Ibiley, they displayed exceptional skills and dedication, leading their to be promoted to the role of Vice President in 2020.

Lelany Barea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida International University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, Lelany attended Immaculata-La Salle High School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
