Af Assur is an independent consultant since 2016, specializing in developing strategies to enhance business performance, productivity, and growth for small and medium enterprises. Af's extensive career at IBM spanned from 1983 to 2015, where they held several executive positions including VP of Corporate Strategy and VP of Worldwide Software Financing and Business Development. Af also served as General Manager of Mortgage Originations for IBM LBPS from 2006 to 2008 and briefly in senior roles in 2008-2009. Af holds a B Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
