Agnes Baker is the Global Activation Lead for Artificial Intelligence at IBM Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Tech and Consulting industry with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence. Passionate about innovation in talent development, Agnes has worked closely with top executives to create effective learning strategies and has led complex training projects, particularly in Generative AI and watsonx. They hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem and have held several leadership roles at IBM, including Learning Leader for Data & Technology Transformation in EMEA. Prior to IBM, Agnes worked as a Training Manager at PwC.
