Akif Ali

Akif Ali is a seasoned engineer specializing in physical design and circuit design, with extensive experience at IBM since 1996. Currently serving as a Physical Design Engineer at IBM, Akif focuses on synthesis and physical design of both small and large hierarchical blocks. Previous roles include Circuit Design Engineer at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed physical design for POWER server microprocessors and custom circuit design, and Senior Physical Design Engineer at Cyient, Inc., where Akif implemented layout for gate-level netlists. Akif holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
