Alberto Mainieri

Alberto Mainieri is currently the Vice President of Security Architecture & Design and Costa Rica Country Manager at Kyndryl, a role they took on in 2023. With a robust background in operations management, Alberto previously served as the Costa Rica Site Leader and GTS WW Ops PM at IBM, managing site operations and external relationships since 2015. They have held various leadership positions at IBM, including Director of Global Process Owner IAM and Contact Center Manager, contributing significantly to business operations from 2008 to 2012. Alberto holds multiple Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management from Aden Business School and an Industrial Engineering degree from ULACIT.
