Alex Osterman currently serves as the Market Leader for IT Automation & FinOps in the IBM Northeast National Market, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Alex was the Vice President of Sales at ElastiFlow from September 2023 to May 2025. Alex's career at IBM Turbonomic spanned from June 2014 to September 2023, starting as an Account Executive and progressing to Regional Director, eventually becoming the ARM & Observability Leader. Notably, Alex's leadership contributed to Turbonomic's acquisition by IBM for $2 billion in 2021, leading to a recognition as the Regional Director of the Year in FY22.
