Alex Palko

Alex Palko is a professional with a diverse background in design and customer service. Beginning as a Server and Hostess at Max and Erma's Restaurants, Alex gained valuable experience in order management and employee training. Roles as a Graphic Design Intern at Hy-Ko Products Company and as a Graphic Designer at Xonex enhanced design skills, particularly in packaging and product development. A seasonal position as a Fragrance Model at Procter & Gamble provided customer service experience, further complemented by a role as a Server at IHOP. In recent years, Alex served as Design Lead at IBM, managing the design process and collaborating with stakeholders, and currently holds the position of User Experience Supervisor at Great American Insurance Group, overseeing user interface design and development for web-based applications. Alex holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Kent State University.
