Alexia Harris is a current Partner in Customer Transformation at IBM, having held the position since 2022. Previously, Alexia worked as an Electrical Engineer II at Duke Energy Corporation from 2012 to 2013, where they led a successful $5M asset optimization project and implemented strategies that resulted in significant cost savings and performance improvements. Prior to that, Alexia was an Electrical Engineer I at Duke Energy from 2010 to 2012, recognized for enhancing asset performance and preventing equipment failures. Alexia is also pursuing an MBA in Management Consulting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. Additionally, Alexia completed a pre-MBA leadership program at Yale University.
