Alice Le

Alice Le is currently the Vice Chair of the Standards and Open Source Committee at the American Intellectual Property Law Association. They have extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly within the information technology and services industries, having held various roles at IBM, including Principal IP Advisor for Watson IoT and AI Applications. Alice began their career as a postdoctoral technician in organic electronic materials research at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and has a strong educational background with a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where they graduated summa cum laude and served as valedictorian. Their proficiency includes IP portfolio management, procurement, transactions, and litigation support, alongside people management experience.
