Alin Stefan is an IT Service Management Consultant currently working on the eu-LISA Entry/Exit System (EES) project, where they focus on setting up and activating services, process improvement, and KPI/SLAs implementation. Previously, Alin served as a Senior Assistant at KPMG from 2011 to 2014 and as an FQP Manager and Service Improvement Specialist at IBM between 2017 and 2019. Alin has been involved in various aspects of IT service management, including quality assurance and documentation for major government clients. They are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Academia de Studii Economice din București.
