Amit Kathade

Amit Kathade is a seasoned software quality professional with extensive experience in software testing and automation. Currently serving as a Software Test Engineer at IBM since March 2023, Amit previously held the position of Senior QA Automation Engineer at Qualys, where responsibilities included overseeing the quality assurance of critical scan processing services. Prior experience includes a role as a Staff Software Engineer at Druva, focusing on test case creation, functional test automation with Python, and acting as Scrum Master. Amit began a career at Dell EMC, serving in various capacities from Associate Software Engineer to Software Quality Engineer 2, working on DataDomain projects. Amit's career began as a Project Trainee at Persistent Systems following a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University (2008-2012).
