Amit Shay possesses extensive experience in logic design and hardware verification, primarily at IBM, where tenure spans from April 2015 to March 2024. As Logic Design Unit Lead for the Z17 ICB from November 2021 to March 2024, Amit managed critical design units, following the role of Logic Design Execution Lead for the Z18 PBU. Previous positions include Logic Design Engineer for both Z16 and P10 IFU, and various verification roles ranging from Verification Engineer to Verification Lead for CAPI XSL. Amit holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with studies concluding in 2018 and 2015, respectively.
