Andrei Rumega

Andrei Rumega has extensive experience in the fields of sales, law enforcement, and information technology project management. Starting as a Police Officer at Poliția Română from December 2006 to March 2011, Andrei transitioned to a Sales Specialist role at Orange from April 2011 to December 2014. Following this, Andrei joined Webhelp as a Team Leader and later served as Delivery Manager and Scrum Master from January 2015 to May 2017. Subsequently, Andrei returned to IBM, where roles included IT Project Manager, Delivery Project Executive, and Area Lead until September 2025, alongside involvement as a Deputy Member in the IBM European Works Council and as a member of the IBM Romania Advisory Board. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitatea Hyperion Bucuresti.
