Andreina Castillo

Andreina Castillo has extensive experience in project management and software implementation across various industries. Andreina served as a professor of Database I and II at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from October 2006 to July 2008. Andreina then held positions such as Project Manager at Banesco Banco Universal and Telefónica Venezuela, leading strategic projects that enhance customer management and digital transformation. In the role of Senior Project Manager at Microsoft, Andreina was responsible for software project implementation within Secure Infrastructure, ensuring quality metrics and client satisfaction. Subsequently, Andreina worked at IBM as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on software configuration and customer satisfaction.
