Andy MacDonald is an experienced Lead Solutions Architect at Genpact since January 2023. Previously, Andy held various positions at IBM, including BTO Transition Manager, where responsibilities included transitioning 500 FTE of work across multiple regions. In the role of Transition Lead for the IBM Global Financing WW Transformation Project, Andy oversaw the centralization of global financing institutions. Additionally, as Global Transition and Transformation Manager, Andy managed the rollout of F&A BPO for a major worldwide retail organization. Earlier roles involved leading the setup of an EMEA SSC for IBM Global Financing and overseeing F&A work transitions. Andy holds a degree in Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Exeter.
