Andy Moverley

Andy Moverley is a commercially focused HR and Talent Leader with a strong record of achieving performance across various sectors, including technology, consulting, and sales. They have held multiple leadership roles at IBM since 2000, including Global Talent Attraction Leader and European HR Leader for both the Cloud Business Unit and Global Business Services, overseeing significant HR strategies and talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, Moverley worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vadis from 1997 to 2000. They are currently pursuing degrees at The University of Sheffield and the University of Portsmouth, with a focus on CIPD.
