Andy Wright is a Senior Software Engineer and IBM Master Inventor with 27 years of experience in the CICS family of products. They hold an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford and have authored over 70 articles on IBM’s software. Andy has presented at major conferences and contributed to the creation of ITSO Redbooks and education classes across the US and Europe.
