Anna Twarda

Anna Twarda has extensive experience in career counseling, recruitment, and project management, beginning as a Career Counseling and Recruitment Specialist and Project Manager at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from July 2011 to March 2013. Since then, Anna has held several significant roles, including Internships Specialist at Nokia (August 2021 - Present), FOT Leader and Project Manager at IBM (August 2016 - Present), and Team Leader of the Wintel Team at IMT France, managing customer relationships and team performance. Additional prior experience includes serving as IT Department Manager for the System Security Team, overseeing service management and business development, as well as working as a Recruitment Partner at IBM Client Innovation Center in Wroclaw and Katowice (July 2015 - July 2016) and as a Recruitment Consultant at various personnel consulting companies. Anna holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw, a Bachelor's degree in English/French Language from Philological School of Wroclaw, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from The Higher School of Management.
