Bea Hare

Bea Hare is a results-oriented Senior Project Manager at IBM, currently leading the implementation of Oracle HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems and driving internal transformative change projects. Previously, Bea held various roles such as Service Administrator and Administration Team Leader at Self Help Services, as well as positions in customer service, sales, and management across several organizations. Bea earned a BA (Hons) from Keele University and a Master of Arts from The University of Manchester. With a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, Bea excels in building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration.
