Ben Gaither

Ben Gaither is a retired Director of the Small Business Program Office at IBM's Public Sector, where they have been instrumental in promoting and managing Small Business initiatives since 2012. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at IBM, including Executive for Systems Storage in the Americas Federal sector and Business Unit Executive for Federal Business Partners from 2007 to 2009. Ben also briefly served as Director of SOURCE at HPO in 2013. They earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1980 and 1982.
