Bernardo Leães is a compliance strategist and product owner currently serving as a member of IBRASPD, where they focus on building trust and driving change. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including Compliance Focal & Risk Advisor and Data Security & Privacy SME, where they led compliance projects, audits, and risk assessments. Bernardo began their career as an auditor at Deloitte and holds an MBA in Information Security from Descomplica and a Bachelor of Business Administration from PUC-Rio. They are dedicated to transforming complexity into clarity and fostering collaboration in high-pressure environments.
