Bianca Cotfas

Bianca Cotfas is a skilled Project Management Officer with a background in human resources and project staffing. They began their career as an HR intern at Trenkwalder Romania and later at Schaeffler, where they contributed to the development of the Human Resources Department. At IBM, Bianca served as a Project Staffing Professional and a Project Management Officer, refining their expertise in resource management and project governance. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Transilvania University of Brasov.
