Bill Cheng

Bill Cheng has extensive experience at IBM, serving as the Global Head of Watson IoT Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Support since August 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing technical strategy and direction for the CTO office. Prior to this role, Bill held various vice president positions from May 1996 to August 2016, focusing on product development across multiple domains, including Internet of Things Engineering, asset management, storage networking, and security products. In earlier roles, Bill contributed to the development of crucial technologies related to workload management and enterprise network computing.
