Bill Kugeman

Bill Kugeman is the Director and Partner, Global Solutioning Leader at IBM, where they manage large-scale, complex business process and system engagements, focusing on integration initiatives within the financial sector. Kugeman has held various leadership roles at IBM since 2004, including responsibilities for deploying a credit risk management solution across 36 countries and leading IT transformations that established new IBM entities in 39 countries. They have a strong background in Agile methodologies, cloud solutions, and governance of hybrid cloud activities. Bill holds a BA from Saint Anselm College, an MSIT from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MPA from Columbia University.
