Brady Starr

Brady Starr is currently a Design Director at IBM, bringing over 10 years of experience in creating software experiences that help people achieve their goals. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including UX & Design Lead and Senior Design Manager, and have experience as Owner/Principal at OnDezign. Brady's early career included positions as Art Director at FaceFirst, Inc. and Web Designer at Golfsmith International, Inc. They earned a BA from William Woods University and are dedicated to coaching designers, delivering effective solutions, and fostering a positive, quality-driven work environment.
