Caitlin Schultz is a Visual Design Lead at IBM, focusing on the Discovery and Conceptual aspects of design. With a passion for creativity and inspiration, Caitlin has collaborated with various prominent companies, including Ford, GM, and the U.S. Air Force. Previously, Caitlin held positions as a Senior Visual Designer at Hero Digital and Isobar, as well as a Senior Interactive Designer at Magic+Might. Caitlin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
