Carlo Schulz is an experienced professional in user research, integration management, and digital product strategy. Beginning as a User Researcher from August 2004 to March 2008, Carlo conducted interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to enhance product quality. Carlo later joined IBM in February 2017, serving as Integration Manager, where leadership in aligning sales, marketing, and education functions followed IBM's acquisition of Aperto. In subsequent roles at IBM, including Senior Strategy Consultant, UX Consultant, and Design Research & Value Orchestration Practice Lead, Carlo focused on the discovery and design of transformative digital products aimed at generating new revenue, fostering customer loyalty, and improving employee productivity.
