Carol Kim

Carol Kim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology, data management, and organizational leadership. At IBM, Carol served as Executive Director of Technology Data and AI in Global Real Estate, where responsibilities included delivering innovative technology solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making and driving productivity through process improvements and automation. In the role of Executive Director of the Global Chief Data Office, Carol focused on transforming data into business value while overseeing the governance of external data assets. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Data Officer, facilitating communication and integration within a large multinational organization. Currently, Carol is an Advisory Board Member at The College Board, working to expand the AP model into career and technical education. Carol holds a General Management Program degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University.
