Caroline Yap

Caroline Yap has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, primarily at IBM, where roles have included ASEAN End User Services Competency Senior Manager from January 2007 to January 2011, and currently serving as End User Services and Infrastructure Resource Management Leader, along with the position of Mobility and Workplace Leader at the IBM Global Delivery Center since January 2012. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama (1990-1991) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Montevallo (1985-1988).
