Charlene Ang

Charlene Ang is a Senior Tax Manager with over 25 years of experience in corporate tax strategy and M&A. Currently serving as the ASEAN Regional Tax Manager at IBM since 2023, Charlene previously held roles at IBM as M&A Tax Counsel for Asia Pacific and Country Tax Manager for the Philippines. From 2005 to 2013, Charlene worked at Intel as the APAC Tax Planning Manager, focusing on corporate reorganizations and tax planning opportunities in Asia. Charlene also gained valuable experience as a Tax Director at KPMG Philippines and as a Tax Supervisor at SGV & Co. Charlene earned a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University, where they also completed an AB in Social Sciences.
