Chen Shen

Chen (Rita) Shen is a Senior Data Scientist at IBM Data and AI, specializing in Conversational AI and Automated Order Taking technology. Previously, they contributed to digital customer experience as a Senior Data Scientist at Wells Fargo and managed technology and data at JLL. Chen has also worked in marketing analytics at Wunderman, where they measured multi-channel campaign performance, and served as a Digital Marketing Assistant at EZLinks Golf, Inc. Their volunteer experience includes conducting research and developing strategies for the Urban Art Retreat.
