Cheryl Whitlow is a Senior Program Manager at IBM, currently supporting the Telecommunications sector in the Public Sector. With a strong leadership background, Cheryl has focused on software delivery using SAFe, Lean Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Previously an Associate Director of Technology at AT&T from 2004 to 2019, Cheryl has excelled in leading program and project management teams to deliver large-scale software applications. Cheryl is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Auburn University.
