Chris Rich is the Head of Design for IBM Storage, where they oversee UX and design for all hardware, software, and hybrid multi-cloud offerings. Previously, Chris served as a User Experience and GUI Development Manager at IBM, where they directed systems storage design and development. They also led a UX team at Convera, designing websites for clients such as ESPN, the NBA, and the NFL. Chris earned a Master of Science in Human Factors and Human Computer Interaction from the University of Idaho.
