Clare Walker

Clare Walker is a Managing Consultant in Talent Transformation at IBM, where they leverage extensive experience in talent development, learning and development, and change management. Previously, they served as the Global Content & Campaigns Lead for Learning and Development at Discovery Inc and held the role of Talent and Engagement Manager at Amity_. Clare also gained experience as a Communications Manager at the Devon Yacht Club. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with first-class honors from the University of Durham and a Master’s Degree in Industrial, Organisational-Occupational and Business Psychology from UCL.
