Claudio Casillo has worked in the IT sector since 2006, beginning at IBM where they managed user accounts and later transitioned to Windows and Unix server administration. After earning a degree in Computer Science, Claudio took on leadership roles, including Service Delivery Manager, but found fulfillment in returning to a technical position as a Cloud Architect. Currently, they serve as a university professor at Universidad de Palermo, teaching an elective course on topics related to Industry 4.0.
