Dan Gutmacher

Dan Gutmacher has extensive experience in HR and talent transformation, notably serving as the IBM Partner and HR & Talent Transformation Global Outsourcing Services Leader from May 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included driving the vision, strategy, and growth of IBM's Talent Transformation outsourcing services. At Prudential Financial, Gutmacher was the VP of HR Operations, managing HR Shared Services, and previously held multiple leadership roles at Aon Hewitt, where oversight included client service and business solution growth across a significant client base. Gutmacher also contributed as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
