Dan J. Dechene is a seasoned executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Enablement at IBM. With a robust background in technology strategy and transformation leadership, Dan previously held various roles at IBM, including Director of Semiconductor Enablement and Manager of DTCO & Technology Benchmarking. Dan also gained valuable experience as an Applications Engineer at ASML Inc/Brion Technologies and as an Advanced Computational Patterning Engineer at IBM's Semiconductor Research and Development Center. Dan holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Western Ontario, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
