Dan Kunz

Dan Kunz is currently the Head of Real Estate for Canada, Central US, and the Caribbean at IBM, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Dan served as the National Manager of Real Estate at Mercedes-Benz Canada from 2019 to 2022 and founded Lightyear Developments from 2016 to 2019. They also held various roles in real estate, including Managing Partner at Den Bosch + Finchley Developments and Project Manager at Den Bosch and Finchley between 2010 and 2016. Dan’s early career included experience as an Acquisitions and Land Development Coordinator at Tribute Communities from 2009 to 2010. They earned a BBA-Coop in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and pursued a Master's in Urban Design at the University of Toronto.
