Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim is currently an International Tax Counsel at IBM, specializing in international tax planning, structuring, cross-border transactions, and compliance. Daniel previously held a position as a Senior in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY from 2016 to 2020 and worked as a Summer Associate at AXA Investment Managers in 2014, where they monitored compliance with securities regulations and researched the impact of FATCA. Daniel earned a Master of Laws in Tax Law from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
